Is Lead2Book only for car care?
No. The platform is being validated in a car-care context, but the product is built generically for many kinds of service businesses.
Does Lead2Book send messages to customers automatically?
No. During the pilot, offers and follow-up are human-driven. Automatic sending is not enabled – the agents draft, you approve.
Is this an AI product?
Lead2Book is first and foremost a structured lead operations system. The AI assesses, suggests and drafts – it never sends anything itself.
Can we use our own service catalog?
Yes. The catalog is generic and can be set up with your services, variants, add-ons, prices and durations.
